Fulfilling the legal obligation regulated by the provisions of Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Official Journal of the European Union of 04.05.2016 L 119/1), hereinafter referred to as "RODO", Parmet Sp. z o.o. in Górowo Iławeckie informs that:

1) The Personal Data Administrator is Parmet Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Górowo Iławeckie hereinafter referred to as "ADO"; the Administrator may be contacted in writing by traditional mail to the address: Parmet Sp. z o.o. ul. Kościuszki 17, 11-220 Górowo Iławeckie, with a note ADO-RODO or e-mail: biuro@parmet.pl 2) ADO processes personal data collected directly from you and from other sources according to the law. These other sources are public, generally available, e.g. KRS, CEIDG, REGON and entity search engines on MF websites in order to verify the contractor for the purposes of VAT and safe economic turnover. The type of data to be processed is name and surname or, in the case of self-employed persons, company name and registered office, address, delivery address, e-mail address, optional telephone number. 3) Personal data are processed in order to ensure the fulfillment of the contract (supply of materials, products and goods), the provision of services (construction and construction works) by ADO and for ADO, as well as the marketing of ADO's own products or services and for statistical and analytical purposes over the duration of ADO's business needs. 4) The legally justified interests of ADO are the necessity to provide its basic services/supplies on the basis of the Company Contract; 5) Personal data shall not be made available to recipients of data within the meaning of Article 4(1)(b) of the Act on the Protection of Individuals with regard to the Processing of Personal Data. 9 Rodo - Personal data may be transferred to the National Debt Register and other debt collection subjects/agencies or law offices in the event of recovery of payment for the delivered goods/services, claims for non-performance or improper performance of the subject of the contract/service. Personal data may be transferred to state authorities, legal protection authorities (Police, Public Prosecutor's Office, Court) or local government authorities in connection with the proceedings, the Polish Post Office, courier companies in order to provide correspondence, invoices or ordered products. (6) Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country or to an international organisation. 7) Your personal data will be processed and stored for a period of time until the end of cooperation and fulfilment of all obligations and statutory obligation to store information for tax purposes and financial and statistical reporting. The Administrator makes every effort to provide the stored personal data with physical, technical and organizational means of protection against accidental or intentional destruction, accidental loss, change, unauthorized disclosure, use or access, in accordance with all applicable regulations; 8) In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the right to access the content of your personal data and to rectify, delete or limit the processing, transfer data and the right to object to the processing; 9) You have the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, tel. 22 531 03 00, fax. 22 531 03 01, e-mail: kancelaria@puodo.gov.pl; 10) The provision of personal data by you is optional (voluntary) but necessary for the performance of the contract/supply/service. Refusal to provide data and refusal to consent to the processing of data by you will result in the impossibility to provide services/supplies/contracts between ADO and you or even to respond to an inquiry or offer. 11) Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making processes by ADO, including profiling for orders/supplies/services/contracts.
